    Hi legal magpie

    From Lisbon.

Besides that there was no food on board as usual only snacks like chips and chocolats, because if they waited to refill the plane with food it would delay for more than 3 hours. Also no food or water provided on lisbon airport or on the slot waiting for more than 30m on Lisbon...

As it was a delay less than 3 hours there is no requirement for compensation, you could ask for a goodwill gesture assuming the delay was technical/operational or your travel insurance it it was weather/ATC

I flew from AGP to LGW on EZY8608 on the 15 May 2014. I remember having a delay, can someone check when the aircraft landed, arrived at the gate?
I can only check 365 days. Much appreciated

EuClaim says you are not due compensation as your flight wasn't delayed for more than 3 hours. Put your details into bottonline if they say the same then you probably not due any compensation. They are the 2 leading companies who deal with flight delays.

Bott says I am due compensation.
Ezy say that my flight was delayed by 2 hour and 57 minutes

I searched on lhr-lgw co uk and they give a landing time of 21:20 (scheduled 18:30).
    That's why I'm confused

When I checked on EuClaim they gave me the following reason 'An analysis of the data for this flight shows that an extraordinary circumstance was the cause of the delay.'

It might be a case of Bott and EUClaim getting their data from two different places.

Could be. I just wonder what the EC was.
Ezy haven't come up with this excuse

Submit a claim and see what they come back with.

Who should I submit a claim to? EZY? I did and they say that "the flight was delayed by 2 hour and 57 minutes. As your flight delay was less than 3 hours, you are unfortunately not eligible for compensation under article 7 of EU261/2004."
I then checked with Bott and they say that I that I can claim 400€.

I suppose the only way to claim is through Bott & Co. I wanted to do it myself.
