    Can anyone help.

You need to take legal action - either yourself or via a no win no fee solicitor.

I have written to JET2 claiming compansation for Flight Delay but they have rejected it 3 times. I tried writing to the CAA but they say it is outside UK. I visited Spanish CAA web site but there is no English translation. Can anyone help.

They are leading flight delay compensation firm who operate on a NWNF basis. They are representing many on this forum including myself. See the thread 'Anyone used EU Claim/Bott and Co'
Please read Vaubans superb guide. To find it Google and then download 'vaubans guide'.
  • I am starting this thread for those claiming flight delay or cancellation compensation from Jet2.com.

Any posts regarding any other airline in this thread will be ignored (at least by me).

JET2 say comp is not due if you don't claim within 2 years. Is this a valid rejection

No, try searching. There's a huge number of posts on this.
  • Hi guys, I am new to the thread but have been corresponding with Jet2 for 12 months regarding a delayed flight from Budapest. (24hours). I have also been in contact with Hungarian Authority for consumer Protection.
I have today reviewed an email from HA to confirm that Jet2 is obliged to pay HUF 200000 Consumer protection fine . The decision is final and legally binding. This is regarding my delayed flight. This will form part of my action against Jet2.

A quick update on my case....

The Birds are requesting that I agree to my case being stayed until the appeal (if granted) of Huzar.

My legal thoughts thus far are 'not on your nelly'

This to me is a further delaying tactic by Jet2. How on earth could the judgement of Huzar by fundamentally flawed? Must be because it went against them!

    Cheers
