There is a customer disruption link about 1/4 way down on that second link peachyprice called "our disruption expense claim form". The link is below.

Hence my post and the question was I being thick, because the link on that page (same as the first one in my post) leads you to a form (second link in my post) that says it's only for food claims. If you are contacting us about food and drink on an upcoming trip within UK or Europe, continue with this form.
. If the reason for you contacting us is for any other reason on an upcoming or current trip, please contact our Customer Support team.
Anyway, I have filled in a form, it they want me ti fill in a different one I will.Accept your past without regret, handle your present with confidence and face your future without fear0 -
Don't be completely surprised if (I may be being pessimistic) BA don't come back with 'extraordinary events outside our control'. Disruptions to previous flights are generally not allowed to be extraordinary. So if this happens do come back (after you have read Vauban's guide). As mentioned above, please put a new post on the BA thread as it helps keep the forum tidy.0

Thanks, will do.
I am expecting that, but as the crew admitted they had a plane but 'flew half way around the country' with it I'll be fighting it! It wasn't even a simple knock-on delay, they also changed planes after the first flight GLA-LCY was diverted to STN.
I'll get this tread moved nowAccept your past without regret, handle your present with confidence and face your future without fear0 -

I've filled it in now and have a claim reference, if they come back to me and ask me to fill in a different one I will. I don't want to confuse things by filling in two.
But I do thinks it's pretty poor of BA to not make it 100% clear which form needs to be filled in. Why would anyone think that something with the sentences quoted in my post above is the right form to fill in.Accept your past without regret, handle your present with confidence and face your future without fear0 -
That site is for disruption expenses like meals taxis and hotels not for flight delay compensation. They will drag this out for as long as they can and then you will still have to make another claim for flight delay compensation. Fill in the form i have suggested and end your application for disruption expenses unless you had those expenses.0

OK, I'll do that then.Accept your past without regret, handle your present with confidence and face your future without fear0
