It says even if you paid for a reduced fare for the ticket. So for the imfant I paid a supplementary fee od 35.00 does that count? The child space theh are tellingme was free although I paid the extra to prebook seats so nothing is due for her. I am unsure what to emaol them back with as seems they are wanting to wriggle out of it. I am wondeeing if to link the page in the email to them! You can't loose what you've already got! So what have you got to loose? does the accompanying letter with your cheque say "in full and final settlement"? Or similar?

Caz - hula paid both £35 admin and £8 to select a seat so it wasn't free at all. Valid claim IMHO.this seems to be correct...free child place = no comp but there should still be a claim for the infant
