Yes, only after you register can you see previous dates. Then read the guide to reclaiming, it's a lot of leg work, but there are lots of people on this site willing to help.

    its saying
We do not have the necessary data sources to detect the arrival or departure of this flight.

    Convenient tho.

I have emailed Thomson and asked them for details. We will see :) Thanks all x

If you can't find the details how are you going to be able to give the claims company enough information to pursue your claim for you?

i have the date now (looked back through pics etc) and very few thomson flights from rhodes anyway. Maybe thomson will help or maybe not but i'll have a go x
  • Hi, in 2008 we boarded a flight for a day trip to Lapland. After sitting on the tarmac for 4 hours waiting for a technical fault to be repaired the flight was cancelled and we were asked to return the following day. We did so and left on time. Are we able to claim for the cancelled flight? Thanks in advance.

In that case you'd better get on with it fast. You have to commence court proceedings within 6 years of the date of the flight or you are out of time.
