Don't trust emails, but send recorded delivery to:
EU Delay Claims,
Thomson Airways,
Wigmore House,
Wigmore Lane,
Luton.

Thanks - I have that address, so will use that - as you say, emails to them are untrustworthy - much like the recipient......0

Not posted for a while but have been keeping an eye on developments here and, needless to say, am delighted with Friday's result.
Was about to write to the Court to request that the stay is lifted for my claim (for both Huzar and Dawson) but having dusted off the paperwork, the last correspondence from Liverpool CC ordered that 'By no later than 14 days following the delivery of a judgement of the Supreme Court...the Defendant shall write to this Court seeking further and consequential directions'. Is this basically saying that Thomson need to let the Court know what thy plan to do as a result of the Supreme Court decision (ie: pay up or go to Court?). If so, i'll hang fire. Thanks0 -
Erm, you trust Thomson to notify the court?
I'd be in touch with both court to get a hearing date, and Thomson, to ask politely to pay up before it goes to court. If you're new. read The FAQ and Vauban's Guide
The alleged Ringleader.........0 -

You'll receive an automatic standard reply soon afterwards aiming to get back to you within 28 days. They've usually got back to me well within that time limit, but that was before the recent Supreme Court ruling. They're probably very busy at the moment, lol.
Hope this helps.0 -

Not proactively but I thought they would comply with an order from the Court? Are there consequences for them if they don't?0 -
No consequences except possibly a rebuke. The Court file will sit in the cabinet unless someone does something. It's your case so it's in your interests to write to the Court and tell them. Ask them to refer the case to a District Judge for further consideration.0

Thanks for the clarification. I'll request that the stay be lifted with immediate effect...in fact, more or less the same letter I sent in June. I'll send by email and cc Thomson.
Thanks again!0 -
