Should be on Thomson thread, yes start again but don't give up this time as you have a valid claim! Good luck.

Hi, I have only just found out about compensation claim, I was meant to fly from East Midlands airport to Palma de Mallorca in June 2007, after a 24 hour delay and being took by coach to london gatwick, what do u think my chances are, I have started reading through the posts but far too many, I have also tried different searches, any advice I would be extremely grateful, also it was first choice airways at the time so I assume I apply to Thomson x

To late to claim - there is a 6 year limit.

Was just wondering if anyone that was on the Gatwick to Sanford flight on the 25th April 2014 and the return flight 2 weeks later 9th May have had any luck with Compensation via Thomson?

Hi sorry to jump in here but not sure where to post a new one?? We were delayed coming out of Dalaman on the 17th July for 6 hours, I have sent the template letter 3 weeks ago but have not heard anything, not sure what my next step should be now? any advise? thanks

I had a reply for the 26th flight to Sanford saying the old ex circumstances route!, have a no claims team on the case now.
