I hope not too. I just can't believe that my justice is now delayed... again.... and denied... again... how long will this go on for... That judge in Liverpool said justice delayed is justice denied. I've been waiting for over 4 years now... it's ridiculous...

That truly is ridiculous thomascrook, I'm just under the 2 years and it makes my blood boil see these posts saying I applied and was paid in 5mins etc. When certain others are being put through the mill. Should justice not be equal!!

I have the names of the other cases linked with mine if that helps obviously I wouldn't publish them on here but if you can personal message through this system and can send me either your surname or the last 3 digits of your claim number I can see if they are on there. There's only 6 and they are all in Liverpool.

JB - I'd be getting, in writing, the exact position Wasteospacemans believe they are at and precisely what their next action(s) will be.
I'd be considering reporting them to the Law Society for possible negligence and unprofesisonal behaviour. Although I suspect the Law Society will be as uninterested and ineffectual as the CAA....

No faith in British justice now. When is enough, enough..... They didn't communicate with the court or myself. Got struck out!! The judgement has been handed out, and they can still derail a completed process right back to day one..... So much for the Supreme Court ruling!!

You have a judgement from the Court. If the airline want to apply to set this aside, they need to write to the Court with a good reason - and pay a fee. Have they done this? Did they explain to you why they were seeking a set aside? To be honest, I doubt they'll get one.

I had a brief message left that said "We believe that the judgement has been handed down in error. And a letter will be out to you tomorrow. We have notified the court and wait for the court to get back to you". Then she states "I won't be in the office again until after next week but there is nothing more I can do anyway".
