Ok, thanks for reply.
That Condor airlines is a disgrace. Just look at the stats below. Only one outward flight to FUE and 2 inward flights from FUE on time in the last 18 return trips. Must be the worst stats in the industry. They are seriously abusing the rules and it's so obvious that the only thing they care about is getting the plane back within the 3 hour delay limit.
from flightstats.com --
"This flight has an average delay of 77 minutes with a standard deviation of 49.59 minutes. Statistically, when taking into consideration sample size, standard deviation, and mean, this flight has delay performance characteristics better than 0% of other flights."

Can anyone advise please?
Was delayed 2 weeks ago on a flight returning from Lanzarote. 5 and a half hours in total. I've filled in the claims form on the Thomas Cook website but do I need to fill in separate forms as I was travelling with my husband and our 2 young children or is the claim for all of us as I gave them the booking reference for the package holiday booked via First Choice?
Many thanks.0 -

No, there is no need to fill claim form separately for everyone. one can claim for one booking reference, whether it is of one passenger or s group of passengers.0 -

Unsure with TC however with Monarch it is definitely one per traveller as you have to affix copy of passport page to each form. TC flight number is preferable to First Choice booking reference.0 -
Not posted in a while as nothing new to add really. I applied for my case to be reinstated after the Huzar judgement, I have today received a letter from the court to say that a hearing will take place on 22nd September. Fully expect TC to apply for another stay, but hopefully we have found a DJ who will hear based on the current law.
Well this hearing was stayed - however I have a date for a "Final" hearing on 10th November, I received Thomas Cooks court bundle on Saturday morning so does anyone else think that this could be it for me?0 -
Could be! Good luck if so!0

The 'standard' is for them not to pay! The alternative way to ask them for cash is to tell them that they haven't read the numerous posts on the MSE forum.0
