  • Congratulations to Lolly and Bella! I hope you both have easy pregnancies and become organised mums before your new babies arrive :)

(I won't comment on how old I feel :rotfl:. My childbearing days are surely over - at 44 I know I'm older than most mums on here, and I started the menopause six years ago. I just wish it would bl00dy end :o).

Now, organised? Me? But of course! Today I was out of the house before 8am to pick up a friend - we were on a course about speech and language difficulties in children. Before I left, not only did I sort out the kids and get them ready, but I also put on the dishwasher, tumble dryer, and a machine load of washing. I also bagged up the medical waste bag, ready for collection. My daughter put my oldest on the school bus and took the youngest to school - very handy having a daughter old enough to drive :D

Since I came home, I've errmmmm....... well, not done much really. I've put on more washing and tumble drying. I've emptied the dishwasher with help from the youngest. I've watched Pointless and helped a neighbour of my mum's with his computer, and now I'm watching Waterloo Road. My excuse? It's been a day where I've had to concentrate quite a lot - four workshops on different aspects of speech and language difficulties - so I'm tired.

That's my excuse anyway, and I'm sticking to it :D :rotfl:

Hope everyone is getting on better than me :)
