Thanks
I was viewing from my phone earlier so didn't have chance to have a proper read of this thread (will do now) however just thought I would introduce myself! Upto now I have mainly used MSE for the DFW board, I am a wife and mummy to a 20 month old and I work full time. Since last summer our family has been tested, I was unemployed and then I got a job and my hubs was unemployed, then he got a job and now ive just gone from weekly to monthly pay :-/ anyway I was actually searching the site for the Flylady post and came across this post a long with way and thought it would be right up my street!
Look forward to chatting to you all xxxSnowballing my way out of debt!Catalogue [STRIKE]£1600 [/STRIKE] £1502 - Catalogue 0% [STRIKE]£900[/STRIKE] £860 - CC £2390 - OD £3500 - Family £1050 - Laptop £280.81 - Loan £3485.81 - Wescott £2814.56TOTAL OCT 12 £16021.18:eek:Member of the Sealed Pot Challenge #18400 -

Well I've had very unreliable internet this week, as it kept going off. It doesn't mean to say that I've managed any more housework though
I've kept up with the daily stuff, but done little else. My daughter cleaned the kitchen today, including the fridge, so that was great. It had deteriorated though, I'm ashamed to admit. I have had no motivation this week at alland chronic insomnia doesn't help the energy levels. There have also been a further three episodes of blood in my son's urine, but he does have an appointment at Alder hey in a couple of weeks, so there's a chance we will find out why it is happening. I'm keeping a diary of incidents.
Chickywiggle, hope your husband recovers soon. If it is a migraine, I sympathise. I don't get many, but when I do, I get visual disturbances, go dizzy, and cannot tolerate lights or moving around. I never used to get them at all, but I had meningitis when I was 21, and have had spells of migraine since then. Fortunately, they don't appear often.
I'm off to bed now, but hopefully the coming week will be better in terms of housework and organising things.
Hope everyone is okay, and welcome to our newest mum0 -
Hey everyone
Found it a little hard to get motivated lately. Had court on Friday for what I thought was gonna be the the final hearing, but its now next week. Im bricking it and the anxiety is on max. Im trying to stay poisitive but hes playing dirty and making stuff up. If I thought for one minute they wanted to spend more time with him id happily agree, but they just dont want it.£2 Savers club £0/£150

Kingfisherblue - clean the fridge - I knew there was something that needed adding to my list. the shelf is still covered in chocolate from when I put the cake in it 3 weeks ago.
Hope they find out/ sort out your son soon.
That's how I KNEW he just had a man-headache and not a migrane as he could easily watch tv/ use computer etc. If it was me i'd be telling the world to go away and locking myself in a dark bedroom.
lindsaygalaxy - hope it's all over soon. It can't be good for the kids let alone anyone else.
Well so far today I've:
washed up (needed the slow cooker)
Put the gammon in the slow cooker.
put a machine load of washing on.
Just gonna eat my brekkie then strip my bed and make banana muffins.
and it's not even 10am yet.loves how my "I've been censored" signature has been censored. LOL. Happy Christmas. :xmastree:0 -

Not really managing a lot of my to-do list this week, I have a serious case of the CBA'd!!
I've been a good girl this morning, taken DS1 to school, went to the shops, gave DS2 an hour and a half at the play centre then went for my smear.
.......................can i reward myself with an hours stitching while DS2 naps instead of cleaning the house or doing other boring jobs?loves how my "I've been censored" signature has been censored. LOL. Happy Christmas. :xmastree:0 -
Well I've got nothing done today... We get 1 bus an hour here and all the cacky old buses. Today they were breaking down all over the show, resulting in me ending up walking over 9 miles in total up and down the same road () because there was no use hanging about at bus stops  I'm now cream crackered and off to bed! Night all :wave:Mum of several with a twisted sense of humour and a laundry obsession

Morning mummies! I'm after some suggestions please!!
I recently bought loads of boxes of nappies & wipes at Asdas baby event. Which now has left me with trillions of boxes! Rather than throw them away, I'm wondering if I can use them for something? Twitter has suggested building a fort, but I'm thinking more in the decluttering sense!
Any suggestions welcome! Thanks xWhen it's dark, look for stars. When it's raining look for rainbows.
