well i listed the carrycot locally - free.

approx 6 responses so far all of whom have had the same response "the first person to get back to me with a collection time today can have my address and collect".
so far 1 has replied asking if it is brand new (it is and i've stated this in capital letters in the advert). the others haven't bothered.

    ***YAYAYAYAYAY the carrycot has gone!!!!!!!!!!!!**********

it seems like i've hardly stopped all day but when i've crossed things off there was naff all really - updated.

however I did also slow-cook meatballs for spaghetti and meatballs for tea which myself and kids polished off. Mr picky can get his own.
Have to say I used a schwtz meatball pasta sauce sachet (then added tomato puree and cornflour to thicken it up). tis very ... spicy is the wrong word ... but defiantly tingles your tongue.
also made jam tarts, chocolate tarts and what were supposed to be egg custart tarts but they puffed up instead of sitting flat when blind baking the pastry (i reallly need to buy some of those ball things) so couldn't make them so now I have a tub of egg custard and pastry to make deconstructed tarts lol.

sounds like everyone has done well.nI've been out since 9.15, and only just got back, but strange things have happened.

Before I left this morning, I made the bed, tidied up the bedroom, put the plates in the sink, wiped up the mess I'd made and unloaded some stuff from the car.

Then I went to sainsburys to get the special offer on nappies they have at the moment, had a nice day out and about and then the stangest thing, I came home, put babes to bed, then decided to clean the downstairs loo and the bin....... what's wrong with me and what have I done with my messy self!!!!!!!

Not that I'm complaining, just so unlike me...... I think I've been abducted by aliens!

lol I will if I find them teenie D :)

I found this and wondered if it could help anyone, I love this site.

    http://organizedhome.com/cleaning-grand-plan/new-year-grand-plan-cleaning-challenge

I think I'm going to do a tick sheet for jobs that need to be done each day, and then tick them off as I go. Maybe laminate them so that I can reuse them each week/every couple of weeks.... need to look into this.

Bought a couple of cleaning supplies today, just some nice smelling candles, air freshener and some limescale remover, as our taps are disgusting. Oh that reminds me, i need to clean the shower. Also I got some stain remover and some glowwhite, I'm really struggling with baby's sleep suits, they're so stained with tea and orange etc, such a nightmare to get out!

    Hmmm list for tomorrow:

    work on assignment
    wash load in
    hang up
    wipe over cooker
    tidy lounge
    wipe over fridge
    put veg out
    tidy ensuite
    make bed
    tidy bedroom
    empty car
find a home for all the stuff
find a home for donated toys and books!!!
    empty roos bin
    wash up bottles and bibs
set up plan to start tomorrow
    move baby clothes upstairs
    dust lounge
    dust bathroom
    dust hallway
    hoover through downstairs
    Hoover livingroom
    wash kitchen floor
wash hall, utility, dining and loo

hmmm think thats it for now! hmmm a pretty long list, soooo any alien help would be very much appreciated ;):rotfl:

Am currently writing my new plan, but baby has woken up crying, so I doubt I'll get much more done
  • I have follow off the wagon somewhat.....
I am doing my daily jobs every day -
    Hoovering
    washing
    fire
    washing up
    sweeping mopping

I have managed to sort through all of my little boys clothes photograph and put for sale on facebook, just need to sort for ebay.

But as far as organiseing and sorting goes NOTHING!

so this evening I will write a new list to start on Monday which is when our proper week starts and all are classes return to normal. I will get this house sorted out preferably before feb!

Ps still need to go to the tourist information but not open till wednesday a reminder in my phone is set.

pps. My homemade reward chart to keep the little boy in bed seems to be working night 3 woohoo x
I need to start saving so I plan to save £2 a week to start with:beer:

I don't think today is going to go very well. Baby girl decided that sleep was optional last night and I have a horrible stuffy head cold. Lack of sleep resulted in OH and I having a flaming row at 1am. When I'm tired and upset I always get anxious, and it takes a couple of days to get back on an even keel, so I'll probably be a little down for a while. I hate being anxious, everything always seems like the end of the world.

I am at least going to try and finish cleaning the fridge and keep on top of the laundry and hoovering.

Its terrible - i buy cleaning products and they just sit there in the cupboard - you'd think they'd do what I paid them to do and clean wouldn't you!!!!
....................oh what's that I'm supposed to use them to clean...... pfffft!! :D

I wasn't too bothered about babygrows - mine were horrendous but they were so cheap and i had sooo many.
From experience because of this they don't sell so it's possible if you ask on local freegle sites someone will have a pile of them you can have - they won't be perfect but you can bin the worst stained ones?

Well I got up to .......................the kitchen STILL full of washing up. Apparently he couldn't be bothered again last night so doing it before work today.
If he found half hour a day like I do to sort it out it wouldn't take so bloomin long would it!!!

..............good job I can be bothered to do everything that needs doing. Tonights Beef cooking away in the slow cooker already.

off to a party about 11.45 today so got this morning to get as much done as possible.

Lol chickywiggle, I meant to say veg peelings! :)

Well I'm umming and ahhhing what to do today... Would really like to go for a walk as its all chilly and might be a but snowy, but I'm so cosy I don't think we'll step out today. Haven't done anything yet, lazy moo that I am but the house is generally tidy for a change :)

Just realise, I have £30 to last until the end of the month!!! That includes petrol and food! I can ask OH for some more money but I'm seeing it as a personal challenge! I've got sooo much food in, there's no reason I can't survive on this. It just means I have to be a bit savvy about it!
