Hey all!
I have done nothing today! Feeling ultra poorly, very feverish and a really really sore throat. Was up most of the night, too hot. Then too cold 5 seconds later.
So i'm not setting any tasks for my self. until Tuesday - when boys are back at school. There uniforms are done - I have an under the bed storage box - so as soon as it's washed dried and ironed it uniform goes in there. Along with 5 socks and underwear on Sunday nights. Sandwiches/wraps I also do on a Sunday eve. Make 5 per person and then freeze along with yogurt and fairy cake
So night before i just pop them into lunch bag and put the whole lunch bag in fridge. So there not completely defrosted in the morning but will only take half an hour in school
Hope you all have a more productive time than i do this weekendDFW Nerd #awaiting number - Proud to be dealing with my debts!

Feel better Lolly_896!
Productive-ish day so far today after a bit of a washout yesterday...
I've sorted DD's clothes and discovered that we don't need to buy nearly as many as I first feared - which can only be good! :j
Christmas decs are down and away
I've also remotely checked my work emails so that Monday's not as horrendous when I get there...well, here's hoping!
Washing is in and washing up has been done.
Going to look at de-cluttering some more over the weekend - baby steps!
Hope everyone's had a good Friday0 -

Hi all,
Haven't done much today as I seem to have cricked my neck in the night
I didn't get very much sleep after that and eventually got up at 6 to take some codeine which has left me really groggy all day. So, all my lists have gone to pot and I've actually done very little.
But, even though I'm in agony I've managed to do a few bits. I've copied the patterns for the knitted zombies that I borrowed from the library and I went and got all the wool yesterday so as soon as I can bend my neck again I can make a start on them.
I've also transferred all the days out and events from our local Whats On guide into the iPad so I don't forget all the free days out that are available.
And I've copied my rota into the calendar too so I don't forget to go to work!
Yesterday was a better day and I finished cleaning the kitchen properly after the New Year's Eve party, so no more strands of wig hair on the floor, no more candy floss up the wall and no more red wine stains inside the drawer! (Yes, it was a good night!)
Also bought and hung the hooks for the carrier bags in the utility room so the Hoover cupboard has a clear floor now.
My to-do list for the weekend has grown quite a lot after having today 'off' so I'm not overly optimistic about getting it all done, but at least the kids are back in school on Monday so I can catch up then.
I love the idea of making cheese and ham rolls for lunches for the week and then freezing them on a Sunday night! Genius! At my sons school the packed lunches are left in the hall all morning so I've often worried about things getting warm but doing it this way kills two birds with one stone.
On a slightly different note, I'm using up all the food in the cupboards and I've come across a can of figs. Does anyone have any idea what I can do with them? Can't remember why I bought them now and I want to get rid of all old food and start again with an empty fridge, freezer and cupboards. We might be eating a lot of chocolate before we start eating anything vaguely healthy again!
Anyway, kitchen is calling as I need to supervise OH while he 'helps' me with the dinner, bless him.
Here's hoping for a good weekend for one and all.

Oh, best wishes to all those feeling ill...
I decided on a whim to go to ikea this morning as I only had 2 children and no school run. So not much done here today, but I did buy some nice storage organising bits which counts! This is the best one, I think it's supposed to be a bin, but it's perfect for my wrapping paper tucked down the side of my chest of drawers.
Pleased with that! And some new waste bins, painting coveralls for the kids, fabric to make a new play den, photo frames for another project (which I will share later, as its organisational related) and, of course, meatballs for lunch nom nom nom... I spent £70, but am pleased with what I got for that.
On with the list tomorrow!
Hope you all feel better soon...
