The men aren't stopping themselves from doing it because they don't want to do it. They're stopping themselves because they know what the consequences will be...
Seemingly yours is anyhow, some of us are lucky to be married to decent, moral menThe stupid things you do, you regret... if you have any sense, and if you don't regret them, maybe you're stupid. - Katharine Hepburn0 -
I hope Kerry put her foot down and refused to have her over. Then told DH to wake up to himself and he better not make any new bestest female friends in the future if he treasures his crown jewels.Don't worry about the world coming to an end today. It's already tomorrow in Australia.0

It sounds to me like some posters in this thread, rather than being threats to their friends wives, they perceive the wives as threats to their friendships - I've read a lot of very defensive comments about the mens social lives not being interrupted by marriage - as if it is stupid to think that marriage might mean putting your partner first.
Ye gads! I hope that wasnt directed at me! I love my male friends partners as much as i love my mates! In fact, theyre all my mates now! For my friends to find love is womderful to me, and im as happy for them as i am when my female friends got married, had babies etc... For my male mates to meet women so amazing that they want to marry them is inspirational, and the women who love my mates are fantastic cause theyve improved their lives... (did that make any sense?!!)You lied to me Edward. There IS a Swansea. And other places.....

Why are you getting personal about my man? Did you even read the post I was replying to? OP said the guys in question had lovely wives and kids that they didn't want to lose, in case you can't find it.

Vic I'd be happy if you were my hubby's mate, as long as you didn't shag himThe stupid things you do, you regret... if you have any sense, and if you don't regret them, maybe you're stupid. - Katharine Hepburn0

Well you're saying that my husband would cheat on me if he got away with it.
Your posts are obviously a reflection on your own experience, if you put it out there in public don't complain if people comment on it.The stupid things you do, you regret... if you have any sense, and if you don't regret them, maybe you're stupid. - Katharine Hepburn0
