So long as you haven't signed any clauses from them stating that you can't claim again then yes you can reclaim

so it looks like theyre still going to charge people until its been proved through the courts that they cannot charge people! youd think after paying out what they have they wouldnt do it anymore now that theres more people claiming.0

It depends on anything you have agreed in writing. If you havent signed anything to say that you accept future charges then you dont have to accept them and can claim again. Check carefully the terms of your acceptance of their goodwill offer and the terms they put forward when making it.0
