Im sorry but someone who has to claim back charges twice, should only have basic bank account, because obviously you can't look afer money and you spend more than you have. HAVE YOU NEVER HEARD OF INTERNET BANKING. easy way to check finances and not get fees.0

these charges are unlawful, so evertime they charge you i say claim them back. i bet you work for a bank:rotfl:
Regardless of the level of charges, they are incurred when you breach the operating conditions of your account i.e try to take out more money than you have available - have you ever tried managing your account properly? There will come a time in the future when this matter is resolved - the Banks may well (when they realise they can't get away with charging up to £38 per entry) take a much tougher line with regard to the operating of these accounts and move straight to closing them at a much faster rate than they do now. Please, learn some money management before it's too late.Gwlad heb iaith, gwlad heb galon0 -

hi, well i think it depends how much your trying to reclaim back again.! i tried to reclaim £460 last year but accepted an offer of £230. Then several months later i had more charges which came to £90 which i tried to reclaim and they offered me £60.
But that very same day they whacked another £60 charge on which i didn't know about! i wrote a letter complaining that if i had known i would never of accepted the £60. But they said to me it was a gesture of goodwill and were not prepared to do anything more!
So my answer to you is yes ....and no! But anything is worth a try!!
Good luck to you!:pTotal Debt left £2501 :Total PPI reclaiming: £2500. Fingers crossed!0 -

I'll be doing it against Halifax again, just changed where my salary goes to so those swines will be getting a letter from me again.
Succesful first claim; wrote to them re new charges asking for breakdown and refund. They ignored my letter, so had to go to MCOL again. Successful second time.
Halifax wrote on both occasions that they were refunding the charges and legal costs, because it would cost them too much to go to court to defend
the cases.0 -

I had to claim a second time from Halifax, who continued to make high charges whilst the first MCOL case was in progress.Successful with first case, Halifax paying unlawful charges plus legal costs, because as they stated in their
letter it would cost them too much to defend the case. I wrote Halifax about the high unlawful charges whilst the MCOL case was in progress and request repayment, plus breakdown of their charges. They ignored my letter so I had
to go to MCOL again. Successful second time, again a letter saying they
were repaying the charges and costs, as defending would be costly to them.
If they had replied to the recorded delivery letter, they could have repaid the
charges to me without the legal costs.0 -
I have also incurred charges on my account while my first claim was going through. Has anyone claimed from HSBC more than once on the same account, and been successful?0
