I used to be twice a week or even after three nights, so seven times a fortnight. MSE suggestted the ridiculousness of this, and now we are once a week. I certainly love fresh sheet night, but......it's not 'yucky' after a week. So once a week, unless there is a reason to do something different.

My dog used to sleep on the bed, but when she did I put a decent throw over it, my cats sleep under the covers though.
