same here! I have every intention of changing the bed every 2 weeks but usually another 2 weeks go by before I get round to it. It's a kingsize and a blinking nightmare to change the duvet cover.

Would you keep your clothes on for 2 weeks even if you didn't get them dirty, or have a wee quicky and just pull your undies up

Who says everyone has sex in their beds? As it happens, my dh is only home at the weekends. Ona good weekend I simply would not have time to change sheets each time, changing at the end of the weekend works fine for us. And dh is a hot sleeper, but I am not. And we air the bed daily. If it were just me and I wore night clothes I could go longer than a week, but I would not want to. My sheets do not look or smell 'dirty' when we change them, other wise I would still be changing more often.

I do it on a saturday. I'm sure OH wishes I did it more as he tends to get lucky when the sheets have been changed (dunno why). Had the exact same conversation with a friend this week too. I always make sure I have a bath before getting in and legs are shaved etc... It's my little ritual.

It is also one of the most common things that people lie about.

Me? I change them every 2/3 weeks. Honestly.

I honestly change the sheets once a week but I certainly didn't when I was a student, it would be weeks (and I was having a lot more sex then than I get now and sleeping two of us in a single bed and frequently eating in bed!) it honestly never smelt bad though, but I keep a very well aired room and always have the duvet cover back during the day to air the bed.

But no, now it is once a week and if we have had a particularly amorous weekend it may be more often than that. I love clean sheets night too!

I try for once a week but more like every 2-3. Especially in winter when I have to wait for a decent drying day or give up and drape them in the spare room to dry.

I love clean sheet night too! So does my hubby....... and that drives me mad - "I just changed those sheets!!!"

I do change them if we've had 'you know what' the night before but that's not that often itself!

I'm another one who airs the bed every day too.
