I keep a very well aired room and always have the duvet cover back during the day to air the bed.

Me too, I never make the bed with the duvet covering the matress, it's pulled back over the end of the bed during the day or over the top rail of the 4 poster in summer. Nothing beats a good airing, well, except crisp cool line dried fresh sheets, heaven.

I change the bedding once a week. I'd do it more often if we had a tumble drier but as we have a super-king sized bed drying all the bedding is impossible and once a week is about my limit.

Mine is done about once every 10 days or so, depending on the amount of washing. Daughters is done every weekend, and sons is done daily, due to the fact that he has eczema, and either gets cream all over his sheets, or scratches until he bleeds on them :(

About once a fortnight. When I was a student, some time ago now, about once every academic term, if that! Even then, I was too lazy to go and wash my bedding, so would just buy a new set from some discount store or another.

About every other week. Bf likes clean sheets when he stays, and tbh i do too, id change them every week but trying to cut down on washing (and drying) and bills.

I was worse when i was a student..used to have the same bedding for months :o

about every 10 days to 2 weeks. But I often wash the pillow case inbetween (as I have a spare one!) so the pillow is usually nice and fresh.

ETA it's a good point about drying and leccy bills, - at this time of year the bedding has to be tumble-dried as we've no garden or balcony and it would take too long to dry indoors.

Yikes, does nobody sweat in bed or change sheets after sex.
Would you keep your clothes on for 2 weeks even if you didn't get them dirty, or have a wee quicky and just pull your undies up

I make sure there is never a wet patch... we always have a bath or a shower before we get into bed, i probably change the bed every 4-6 weeks. People are obsessed with changing their sheets on here!!
