Would you keep your clothes on for 2 weeks even if you didn't get them dirty, or have a wee quicky and just pull your undies up
Go to the loo without wiping?! I can honestly say however much of a rush I'm in I can always make time. Even if you're a bloke its only a matter of seconds to sort yourself out isn't it?
Re sheets ideally 2-3 weeks but now we've got a 6 month old who gets through more clothes than me, not to mention cot sheets its more like 4-5. Not to mention finding space ina one bed flat to dry sheets in winter is tricky!Newborn thread member

Change them every 6-7 days sometimes more often in summer . I do have just the one bed to change weekly and have plenty of time to do it . Can understand why people do it less though but we like the fresh sheet feeling !0

Bed linen washed every fortnight and aired every day. I could never fit in the time to wash dry and iron the bedlinen every week, never mind the waste of energy!0

I make sure there is never a wet patch... we always have a bath or a shower before we get into bed, i probably change the bed every 4-6 weeks. People are obsessed with changing their sheets on here!!
I'm with you here. I never realised that some people felt the need to change the bed every time they have sex.
One thing I do like is having a top sheet though.Lost my soulmate so life is empty.

So you sleep naked, I wear cotton or silk PJ's which are changed every second day, I am a lone sleeper in a huge king size bed. I shower before bed and air my bed (not make). My sheets get washed when they are dirty, sometimes once s month, sometimes once a week, lot so factors such as no of glasses of wine consumed, spicy food and temperature0 -

Sheets and pillowcases weekly,
A good airing daily, (helps with keeping hayfever sneeze attacks at bay)
Duvet cover and the matching 'show' pillowcases fortnightly!
That goes for everyones beds, it's a lot of washing :-)

I do mine whenever I can be bothered, only me in there. Sometimes a cat too. Weeks and weeks and weeks fly by and probably more weeks and weeks after that too tbh.Sadly, you don't have any badges yet but keep trying! See what you could get........... oh boo hoo I am crying into my wine.0
