parking fine in Aldi carpark by private NPE group!!!

I received a parking fine from NPE in Roys at Beccles
It clocked me at 10.01 on a Sunday morning bearing in mind the shop doesn't open until 10am it seems a little unfair. Is this a scam and do I have to pay it ?

It's not a fine, yes it's a scam, no don't pay it, this is more than 'a little unfair'! Start your own thread by all means but before that just read some others on the first page of the forum (not just this one). ANY thread about ANY private parking ticket will explain that this is a con and how to challenge it and win.

I was given a ticket on Monday at Norfolk and Norwich hospital in a 'new' car park by NPE. I went through the barrier took my ticket and parked. Came back 2hrs later paid and validated my ticket and on my car PCN from NPE. Is this valid? Should I ignore? Feedback very welcome.

as a newbie here , please go back to the forum list and find the new thread BLUE button, then submit your post into your own thread (instead of resurrecting old threads that may not be relevant

also check the newbies sticky thread at the top of the forum , below the second green banner too

never ignore a PCN in E+W , also keep your paid for receipt as you pay need it , so scan and copy it , take pictures of signage etc too

Just won my POPLA appeal, they didnt even bother submitting any evidence. Argued that they didnt have any signs stating they had permission to charge on behalf of landowner.

Thanks for all the help... easy to do and well worth a little bit of effort!

Any chance you could post up the transcript of the POPLA decision (and your POPLA appeal) in the POPLA Decisions sticky near the top of the forum thread list, one page back from here? It could help numerous people in a similar situation beat these muppets in the future.
