parking fine in Aldi carpark by private NPE group!!!

This is not a fine! Its a speculative invoice pretending to be one.
Stand wherever you want but simply ignore NPE - and read this thread and maybe some more of the recent crop of NPA threads for why. There are no consequences as these jokers have no chance in court!0 -
Hi all, i recieved a ticket on the 7th from NPE for parking at norwich city football ground outside the ticket office.I was in there just to collect some tickets, as i came out i managed to see this bald chap putting a ticket on my car after being in there for no longer than 2 minutes. After a heated argument with him i returned home and found this thread on here.
Any help would be much appreciated to how i stand on this matter and should i pay up the £60 fine or ignore it?? what are the consequences for ignoring the fine??
Yes, ignore the ticket. See here for NPE. Do not take this PPC any more seriously than any others.Got a ticket from ParkingEye? Seek advice by clicking here: Private Parking forum on MoneySavingExpert.:j0 -

The help to take this off your hands is already offered by PPC_Guy, see post #36 above.
So let ppc_guy have your PCN number (do not pm it to anyone else).
Or just ignore them. Of course you don't pay, it's NOT a fine! :rotfl:PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Hi there, i have already phoned the club this morning and gave them an earful and i found out i wasn't the only one, told the club i would be finding out who the others were and would be taking this to the local paper the club did not like the soubd of this. Did you want the pcn number? ppc guy?0 -
I'm not helping I'm a swans fan and refuse to speak to canaries until I'm over Saturday lol so just follow the advice aboveExcel Parking, MET Parking, Combined Parking Solutions, VP Parking Solutions, ANPR PC Ltd, & Roxburghe Debt Collectors. What do they all have in common?
They are all or have been suspended from accessing the DVLA database for gross misconduct!
Do you really need to ask what kind of people run parking companies?0 -

Follow it up in writing with a letter, snail mail to the Stadium Manager. Tell him it's already being discussed on a very high-profile moneysaving forum and the next step will be the local paper too, if not cancelled.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

ncfclad,
I am someone ticketed by this Private Parking firm. I am not paying them a penny for their invoice scam & proceeding with the ignore tactic. Why the government are not cracking down on this, I don't know. It's just like an organised crime racket.0 -
I also got a pcn whilst parking in the Aldi car park. I'd used the store a while ago and the current parking restrictions were not in place. Having arrived in the dark, the changes in parking restrictions were certainly NOT clear.
As well as having no intention of paying this ridiculous invoice, I also intend to write to Aldi, as they should be taking greater care of their custmers. Isn't it enough that I have to enter my reg into their parking eye computer when I visit (which I duly do), as well as stopping to read all parking notices thoroughly in order to check that they haven't changed the rules since I was last there? I also intend to write to the Heartsease pub. I'm sure couldn't give a stuff about the vicitms of this scam, but perhaps weight of public opinion may have some effect?0 -
That's the way to go with complaints to retailers and any other establishment involved, I would suggest a complaint to the head office as well, this situation is plainly there to trap motorists and confuse the issue, both companies plainly are benefitting from the scam setup. When posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.
We don't need the following to help you.
Name, Address, PCN Number, Exact Date Of Incident, Date On Invoice, Reg Number, Vehicle Picture, The Time You Entered & Left Car Park, Or The Amount of Time You Overstayed.
