Edward... The man in the "enforcement" jacket may well be me. Im not employed by ALDI but i often go there to remove the tickets from the cars that have been done near the pub.
Im also doubting that the pub have that many spaces they seem to have a 70/30 split in their favour over the much larger Aldi.
Im wondering if Aldi head office know that NPE have put their signs on the ALDI posts. Also if the NPE people have actually painted more lines blue than they are entitled to. After all the store manager may be none the wiser.

To HawkRaven and ice_babe, I would let ppc_guy have your fake PCN number (no other details needed). He will appeal it in his name to get rid of it from you completely so you never get any letters.
Can vouch for the fact ppc_guy, although in the PPC industry, has given very useful & true information to Nev Metson (ex-Policeman who is now on the case against private pakring tickets, big-time).
If a relative of mine got a NPE ticket I would tell them to let ppc_guy deal with it.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Yesterday when I got my ticket the back of the car park with blue lines was completly empty. I just drove to the back out of the way without looking at signs(my littlen was playing up too).
Ive never seen a car park before thats all in one but you can only park in certain rows?0 -

The Culprit is one Mr Jonathon Lecaille trading as Norfolk Parking Enforcement limited.
He had a thread on here about being the worst website for breach of the ACTUAL POFA rules.
If you get these tickets in this car park (It Is indeed Plumstead road, Norwich) please do not ignore them. Instead scan a copy up, take your reg and any personal details off it and pm it to me. I will appeal on your behalf and when it fails as it will (Jonathon may cancel it when he sees my name) i will appeal to POPLA and then ignore on your behalf.
If you do not feel comfy doing this then i am sure a more reputable member may agree to accept the scans and forward them on to me.
I am indeed in the Parking game but i deplore Jonathon. He is the lowest of the low, A scammer, a con man and a fraudster.
Here is ppc_guy's offer so all can see that he will deal with these for newbies.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I sent Aldi a complaint email today and they called me this afternoon.
The girl said that they have had a lot of problems with there customers getting tickets since NPE started running the car park. But there was nothing she could do. But recommended Appealing the fine0 -
Fine? What fine?. Aldi can't just wash their hands over this. They are the ones who have employed these scammers and they have the power to kick them off site. What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?0

Hi all, i recieved a ticket on the 7th from NPE for parking at norwich city football ground outside the ticket office.I was in there just to collect some tickets, as i came out i managed to see this bald chap putting a ticket on my car after being in there for no longer than 2 minutes. After a heated argument with him i returned home and found this thread on here.
Any help would be much appreciated to how i stand on this matter and should i pay up the £60 fine or ignore it?? what are the consequences for ignoring the fine??0
