Hello anyone out there willing to help, Plan A route has been explored and the store whose car park is involved has been spoken to. Cumbria Parking Services: Failed to make payment that covered the entire duration of your stay
In October 2024, a PCN was issued by CPS to the vehicle driver having parked at A591, Ambleside in the Lake District. The breach was because the driver paid for 2 hours but lasted 2:39 in the car park. As the keeper, I've now received a Letter of Claim from BW Legal, and I've just responded to it using the template…

Hello everyone I just wanted to ask for a little help as a ticket has been received from GroupNexus. Time of alleged breach per the NtD differs on Notice to keeper.
As the title says, my Notice to Driver is states a time of 10:02 am and the Notice to Keeper states the alleged breach as 10:05 am. The alleged breach is for parking outside of a designated bay. I appreciate it is only 3 minutes, but does it help my appeal?

I REIGN VICTORIOUS | 10 PCN’s from Smart Parking, DCB LEGAL court claim 2025
Hi all I’m in a bad situation. So I think it’s worse than others as it’s 10 x fines at £170 each. Long story short, I started at a new gym that rents the building and has access to a car park which is owned by smart parking. Everyone has had trouble over the years and the advice was to not respond and you’ll not have to…

Hi all I am hoping someone can help! I received a parking charge notice in August 2024. However I was not the driver of the car and there is proof of parking on the day. POPLA - Unsuccessful
Hi, I overstayed at a shopping centre car park by 4 mins. I appealed to POPLA and this was rejected on the grounds that I had not paid enough to park. I thought I had read somewhere that you have a period of grace of up to 10 mins? I offered to pay the £2 extra parking, should I now just pay the extortionate sum of £80 or…

History August 2024, I parked my car at the rear of a pub/shopping centre while I met a pal, all of 21 minutes. 90% of the car park is owned by the pub but the remainder is controlled by Parkmaven. Parkmaven signage allows 45mins free parking but any longer then you need to scan the QR code and input your reg. There is no…
