ok now i'm really confused do i send it to my local brarnch or to PRESCOTT ST, LONDON,

    please help tickb26 xoxo

Post #3 in the Reclaim Bank Charges Help thread shows the address for Abbey as:

    ABBEY NATIONAL PLC
    ABBEY NATIONAL HOUSE
    2 TRITON SQUARE
    REGENT'S PLACE
    LONDON
    NW1 3AN

Or you can hand in the letter to your local branch and it will be forwarded internally to the correct department. Saving you postage and getting a receipt for the letter in the process. If you post make sure to use recorded delivery.

    hi!

I got the same letter from HSBC, and yep the leaflet did go straight in the recycle bin!. I sent the 14 day letter to the person named on the letter at the Leeds address, sent it by special delivery so they couldn't say they didn't get it.
They've got about a week left to respond, so fingers crossed!

    good luck!:D

  • Hi

I lived in Nottingham all my life, until August last year, when i moved up to Scotland

I have banked with Lloyds Tsb for over 20 years and have written to my local branch about 5 or 6 weeks ago for a complete breakdown of my statements for the last 6 years

I've not had a reply from them (i included the £10 and used Martin's first letter, i've downloaded them all ready to use)

I was wondering if i should have written to the head office of Lloyds TSB or something? My £10 cheque has not been cashed yet, should i write again to the head office and include another £10 cheque?

Does the fact i've moved up to Scotland last year make any difference?

    Thanks for any help :j
