  • Hi - I know this is a silly question, but want to get it right!!

    When writing the intial letter to Nationwide to get a copy of my bank charges who do I make the cheque payable to... Is it a specfic department within Nationwide??

  • Am I right in thinking that Sainsburys is a division of Halifax, I need to send off for my statements, just want to make sure I'm sending it to the right place.

    i have just succeeded with barclays and i wrote to my branch who redirected my mail to customer services. as far as the data protection compliance side is concerned, as long as the request is delivered to the organisation the information commissioner will expect compliance in the statutory time frame

    I've just started claiming back charges with them too. I made my cheque out to Nationwide Building Society because that's what is on my cheque book. They've cashed it. I'm just waiting on list of charges to come now. Keep me informed with how you get on with them, I'm very nervous about it and don't know why!

  • I`ve sent my DPA letter to the London address instead of Milton Keynes with my £10 fee.Will they forward it or claim they never recieved it please help.
  • Can anyone help? When submitting a claim against a bank do I put the address of the branch or their Head office??
