Sorry if this is to be found elsewhere on the site but i cant find it :( Im just wondering where the letters that we write are to be sent to ? Do we send to our local branch where we have the account or head office or some other department etc ? Ideally id like to send to the place that takes longest to deal with so i end up winning by default ;) !

Whats the situation on this please ?

    Thank you :)
  • I have decided that it is time that I take the matter to court. But when I put in Lloyds details in the defendent section, the postcode BX1 1LT (address I have sent all my letters so far to) is outside England so it does not let me proceed. Shall I put a local branch address?

    Wish me luck!
