hi everyone, ive sent 1st letter to abbey, got repsonse quite quickliy acknowledging receipt of my £10 fee. few days leter i got years worth of statements, then had to wait 4 weeks for archived printouts to arrive. just finshed going through them and with interest added they total £4637.95, got a problem tho i dont know where to send the letter to, cant find it on the site...im presuming its not to the same address for getting the charges list? or do i post it back to the address that sent me the list of charges which came from a different place in bradford?
any help would be kindley appreciated.

all the reclaiming bank charges stuff is here http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/forumdisplay.html?f=102 with frequently asked questions in the pinned threads at the top, and a dedicated thread for each bank/bs/credit card.TOP MONEYSAVING TIP
Make your own Pot Noodles using a flower pot, sawdust and some old shoe laces. Pour in boiling water, stir then allow to stand for two minutes before taking one mouthful, and throwing away. Just like the real thing!0 -
Sorry if this is to be found elsewhere on the site but i cant find it
Im just wondering where the letters that we write are to be sent to ? Do we send to our local branch where we have the account or head office or some other department etc ? Ideally id like to send to the place that takes longest to deal with so i end up winning by default
!
Whats the situation on this please ?
Thank you0 -
I have decided that it is time that I take the matter to court. But when I put in Lloyds details in the defendent section, the postcode BX1 1LT (address I have sent all my letters so far to) is outside England so it does not let me proceed. Shall I put a local branch address?
Wish me luck!0 -
