You can always post it recorded delivery or (I would) personally hand it to the bank manager at your local branch and get him to sign a receipt for it. It will be forwarded internally to the correct department and your reply letter will give you the address to which to send the second. Good luck0 -
Do I need to send my re-claiming letter to the Manager at my local branch or to the banks head office? In my case it's Natwest. Thanks.0

I am trying to get my charges back from Nat West. I have wrote to them using the address provided on this web site (through the data protection link) asking for my money back, however they have ignored me. I am now ready to make a claim through the courts, however am not sure whether you send the summons to the same address as sent previously or whether to send it to my branch. Can anybody help?? Thanks0

I've sent my first letter to 2 of my banks, but im unsure as to weather i've sent them to the right address?
The addresses i've sent to are
HSBC:- HSBC plc
365 Chautwell Square
Southend on sea
SS99 7UU
Barclays:- Barclays Bank plc
P O Box 6539
Leicester
LE87 29A
Have i sent them to the right places? the 40 days are almost up!!
Does anyone have any suggestions as to what i do next?
