i think i have sent the template letter to lloyds tsb to the wrong address....

the letter was to find out all charges for my credit card


should i write again sending another cheque or wait and see what happens...

i sent it about 2 weeks ago

What address did you sent your letter to?

I know Lloyds have many address but I will post this below for you, meanwhile I expect you have already checked this link out here on reclaiming charges on credit cards?

Do watch out for Lloyds TSB re: addresses. I visited the Finsbury Square branch on 3rd Feb. '09 and was given an incorrect address to send my complaint to. The post office didn't even recognise the post code: BX1 1LT.

And of course they have so many departments don't they?
Can be quite confusing on which one to some only going into complaints etc.

hey, does anyone know the correct address when writing to the bank re: charges and PPI...? I need to write to Lloyds too but do I write to their registered office or customer services at their HQ or my branch?

Im not sure what is the quickest but only can tell you what i did, i sent my letter by recorded post to my local branch, within 4 days i got a letter telling me they were forwarding it to their "Andover Recovery Center" then about another week later a letter from them saying that they had my letter and were looking into it.

I suppose the quickest way may be to post direct to "Andover" but if you post to your branch it will work fine.
