You get the impression they don't want e-mails, lol - there is an e-mail address at the foot of this page on the GE site:

    http://www.gemoney.co.uk/en/footer/accessibility.html

Only one I could find, and not sure you'll get a reply - but worth a try maybe?

I think that email address is in respect of website issues.

100% agreed - and perhaps unlikely to yield a response.

    - but it seemed to me that not having an e-mail address on the GE website or on the Dorothy Perkins website which allowed for customer access - was in the simplest of terms exactly that - a "website issue" - and contact via that address would confirm or deny that they really did NOT want e-mails - snail mail as you suggested being the alternative.

  • Hi

I am just about to start trying to claim back charges on my credit cards and need to send off for copies of my statements.

I have taken a little look at the main thread but cant find the info I am seeking (sorry) :o

Please can someone tell me if I can get copies of my statements, by sending £10 and a letter to the Data Protection Depts of all my credit cards as I did for the bank charges?

If so does anyone know the addresses for:

    Capital One Credit Card

    Aqua Credit Card

    Skycard Credit Card

    Nationwide Credit Card

Am doing my husbands claims for him as well and he's with

    Vanquis Credit Card

    Tesco Credit Card

Again anyone know the Data Protection dept addresses please? Sorry I did try to find them but can only see banks on the lists. :o

    Many thanks

    :D
