  • Can anyone give me the address where we send the first letter? Is it the branch or head office? I think I found the information here but cannot locate it again!! Abbey is sending us the list of charges. Thanks

    Morning all.

This is probably a daft question so apologies just in case.

I've just got started on reclaiming my credit card charges from Halifax and LloydsTSB. With regard to the contact addresses given in the resource section, is the address for "Lloyds Bank" , (Swallow Street, Birmingham, etc ), the right address for LloydsTSB cc's?

    Thanks all.

I'm following Martin's handy guide on reclaiming bank charges, and need to find which address to put on the letter and of course on the envelope. The bank concerned is Lloyds TSB, and the address they give on their website is just "Lloyds TSB Bank plc, Some postcode or other". Would it make more sense for me to write to the account holding branch directly?

  • you can send it to either Head Office adress or to a branch who will forward it to the correct department.

  • Hi, ok sorry if this has been posted before but I can't find anything like it.

I am looking for the address to send the letter and things to for a Natwest CC.

I tried looking in the 'Main Banks threads, find them here!' but the link for Natwest doesn't take me to the address and i don't have the time to look through 200 pages of it.

Do I send it to a certain address or just to the branch I got the card from?

    Thanks in advance.
