Hi, In exactly same situation, have all letters ready to go but unable to determine where to send letter. Is it my bank, head office or where? List of charges came from HSBC Bank Plc, Harry Weston Road, Binley, Coventry, CV3 2TQ

You can pop letter into you're own Branch and if Barclays have their own department that deals with these claims, the Branch will forward it to them, and once they get back to you, you'll then have the proper address from any correspondence they send you. Thanks to all the competition posters.0
