Can anyone supply me with the address for Capital One please?

I'm about to request back charges/statements from them (re an old credit card), however don't even have one old statement which may have a record of their address, so haven't a clue where to post the letter to.

hi ppl, after reading all the success stories im going to try and reclaim my bank charges. (eeek!) ive got my first letter all ready but i dont know whether i have to send it to my local barclays bank (the one i use) or a barclays head office address?
any help would be great

I have managed to get my list of charges etc for both my bank accounts - one with Halifax the other with BOS

I am now at the stage of sending the letter away requesting payment but i am at a loss as to where i should send it.

I have tried reading some of the threads available and have typed my search into the search bar but i'm not getting very far.

If anyone can tell me where i send my request i will give them a share of my winnings........:rotfl:

I'm only joking by the way.....

The correct address for the BOS is-
Customer Relations Manager,
Scotland Dundas House,
Vyking Way,
Rosyth,
Fife.

Not sure about the Halifax one.

Addresses are in the Reclaim Help thread, link in my signature.

You need to enclose £10 for the information under the Data Protection Act, they may cash the cheque or they may return it. Either way, you should still get your charge information.

Couldn't find this when I did a search, but can

if/when I sue the Alliance & Leicester to reclaim
my bank charges - is it Liverpool, Leicester or
