  • I've searched to see if it says anywhere what address I put on my court papers. Do I write the address of my local branch or the branch where I opened my acount or the address on top of the letter, they sent to me telling me I wasn't goin to get my charges back????
    Thanks in advance

  • Hi everyone,

Im just about to start my reclaiming charges journey, but have a question..maybe very basic but hey, need to get it right.. To which address do you actually send the initial request for your statements? My bank is Nat West.. so should i be sending it to my Nat West branch ..or their head office?

    Hi,

You send your statements to there head office,, make sure you do it recorded delivery too. Then they will more than likely tell you they will get back to you within 8 weeks.ive got 2 more weeks to wait before they make me an offer.after speaking to the customer helpline on Saturday telling them i was going to take them to court they said they had an offer on screen which they thought i would be happy with,,, we will see.
you would be best asking your bank for the head office address.
