I received my last six years bank charges through the post to today so sat down to write off the letter to claim them back but don't know where to address it to. I'm with Nationwide.
I'm assuming it's a different address then the original Data Protection one but don't want to send it to the wrong place in case they claim it lost or something stupid.0 -
Hi There
Would like to know the address of Data Protection which covers the Northern Bank in Northern Ireland so that I can claim back my bank charges

Hi, I am unsure of an exact address as I have only dealt with banks in the UK.
I would suggest sending the request to your local branch by recorded delivery. They will send the request onto the correct department. Remember to include your cheque for £10."He's a maniac, maniac that's for sure,
He will kill your cat and nail him to the door"

I am pretty sure you will find it in the Reclaim Bank Charges Help Thread - a sticky at the top of the board. I am placing a bet on the first address in post 3.Reclaimed thanks to this site:
£175 Abbey Mortgage Repayment Fee, £170.03 Capital One Bank Charges £418.07 Lloyds TSB Bank Charges, £2,671.55 Mis-sold Endowment Policy, all for OH0 -
Thanks Beate!
It's great to see people are still taking time to reply to little posts like mine. I made a post weeks ago and nobody replied so THANK-YOU!! I found the address and I'm just hoping it's the right one for my second letter, I'm sure shAbbey will think of anything to avoid letting me reclaim charges!!
Thanks again!! :T0 -
Hi, I'm just about to send off a claim to Lloyds TSB, does anyone know where I should send this to? Is it my branch or should I send it to the same address as the first letter?
Cheers0
