I' m up to warrant of execution stage (unfortunately) and want to make sure I send it to the correct address, ie. customer services or ? Has anyone been to this stage and can give me the address they used. Thanks for your help peeps

Hello there,

I didnt know which address to send my first letter to, I got the address from Lloyds TSB website, which is: Lloyds TSB Bank plc, BX1 1LT.

The question is "Have I sent my first letter to the wrong address?"
I still have 6 days remain for the bank to reply.

I dont need links to form help or posts of different address, just need this question answered

For the claim letters and the Money Claim Online form, we have the registered office ...

If you get a reply from somewhere else, use that for any reply.

Can anybody help me with the address of the woolwich to claim back Mortgage Arrears Charges As its £40.00 per month and has nicely added £200.00 to what I owe them.Also has anybody successfully managed to claim these charges back?.
