If you read the Reclaim Help Thread re addresses you'll find there are two addresses against RBS, the registered address and a London address.0

dips,
In the list of addresses in the guide on this site, LloydsTSB registered address is listed.
However, the better address seems to be their customer services place in Andover. Full address is:-
LloydsTSB Bank PLC
Customer Services
Recovery Centre
Charlton Place
Andover
Hampshire
SP10 1RE
Good luck.

Thanks Stephen.
Not heard anything yet from Lloyds although it was the threat to take to court letter we sent nearly three weeks ago. Am making an allowance because of the bank holidays.
Not too worried as we are on holiday for a week soon so would prefer to put it all off until after then.
Thanks for the help.I'm stressed enough over this - please don't add to it.:eek:0 -
