Hi,
I Posted A Similar Question Yesterday, But I Have Read And Read And Cannot Seem To Find The Answer I Need. I Want To Start A Claim Against Sainsburys And I Can't Find The Address To Send For My Statements I Think They Are Connected To Another Bank But I Am Not Sure Which One. If Anyone Could Let Me Have The Correct Address Would Be Really Grateful.
Thanks In Advance

A lot of these "store credit cards" are operated by finance companies. My ASDA card is operated by GE Consumer Credit Service Ltd.
When you find "Sainsbury's" address, let us know. The acquisition of wealth is no longer the driving force in my life.0 -
You'll find a helpful little tip in the Address posts in the Reclaim Help Thread...

How do you go about reclaiming unfair charges from the Halifax CC given that they operate from Scotland? You can't use Money Claim Online, what can you do? Can you use the Registered Office address in Halifax instead?
Many thanks.0 -
Hi pepes,
been taking the advice on here and following the procedures for reclaiming my bank charges. Its now been over 2 weeks since I sent the letter saying I would take Lloyds TSB to court if they didnt pay up. My problem is I'm trying to fill in the Moneyclaim on line thing but when I enter the "Lloyds TSB Plc, Box1, BX1 1LT" address for the defendants address it says this address is not in england or wales. Does anybody have the address or is this the right one? Really struggling with the on line stuff as not much of a computer wizz. Seen that apparently Lloyds have won a couple of cases recently and am a bit worried so any help would be greatly appreciated.
Many Thanks!

Surely someone has reclaimed charges from Halifax CC?0

Well got my statement detail through the post this morning.
Have just printed off the 2nd letter and list of charges - I'm going down the route of adding interest on so if/when they decline the claim I can tell them I'll settle for the total minus interest else it's off to court.0
