Some people have been sending it to their local branch, I sent all my letters to head office. Dont think it makes much difference as it will be passed to the department that deals with it.

Hi all i am currently taking the steps to proceed to court, to claim back nearly £5000 plus interest, my 1st letter they responded to on the very last day saying the charges were not unlawful, but they would require 6 - 8 weeks to investigate. Sent 2nd letter waited 14 days had no reply. I now need to fill in the online court form but i have not got an address for Natwest in England, the address that i have been using is the one in Edinburgh, but the claim will be rejected if the address is not in England or Wales.
Does anyone have an address for who is in charge in England or do i use my Branch address.
    Feedback would be much appreciated:confused:
hi,u should try garathr's message above, thers an england address on that post for natwest;)

For both, use the registered head office address in the Reclaim Bank Charges Help thread.
