Hi There,
Just taking RBS to court and started the MCOL (Moneyclaim) application form. I live in Wlaes but have always banked with RBS since i lived there. Ive entered my details as 'individual' and tried to enter RBS's at South Gyle as the 'defendant' & 'organisation', Edinburgh (Where ive been correpesonding with) and the MCOL website will only let a english or welsh address be posted.
Does anyone know the address i should be entering ?? Am i using doing the right thing ? Should i be using another company to claim against them.
ANy help would be much much appd

Hi all,
Do I post my initial letter to my local branch, or is there a more central address for most banks? Thanks.0 -
Hi there, Im just starting my first stage of reclaiming unfair bank charges, the template which I have downloaded from the site (thankyou ver much) says:
[INSERT NAME AND ADDRESS OF BANK] - Is this the address of my local branch, or the head office?
Many thanks!
