Always send to the head office, if it is sent to a branch then either it will be forwarded to head office from there or logged as a complaint in the branch and escalated, but i always send to head offices for any company and just make sure that the i send it recorded with te royal mail, it may cost a couple quid but thats what i do.

If she cannot afford the cost of recorded delivery then take the letter into the branch and they will log it from there and sort it out, over a year ago i took the letter into a halifax branch and received a letter back 2 weeks later saying that it has been logged and to wait till it has been settled in court.

main site gives a Skelmersdale address, which I had writte nto last month- only now have I received an acknowledgement / more details may be needed etc letter (just stalling, I guess - they have 5 days til 40day limit ends..!)

Hi all,

can anybody give me the postal address for RBS Advanta credit card?
I had a credit card with them some time ago, which im sure i incurred charges on. I dont have my account details either, but if I had the address I could at least give them my last 3 addresses to provide me with the information

The SAR element is slightly shady. 6 years bank statements if that is what you require can be done via Online banking if you are signed up for them. If you simply want bog standard statements then another address applies

I am going to send the re-claim letter out. However, which address to send for re-claim? Should I send it to the head office? Is there any specific address for this purpose?
