Thanks i needed that question answered too! I'm trying to claim the credit card charges back on behalf of my girlfriend but not having ever owned a credit card i'm showing my inexperience! I assume the HSBC address is the same whether you are claiming bank charges and credit card charges?

Also i take it that the preliminary letter for claiming credit card charges is sent to the bank and not the credit card provider? In my girlfriend's case she has two credit cards a mastercard from HSBC and a MBNA credit card from the co-operative bank, in which case i would be claiming back the charges from HSBC and the CO-OP?

If so, does anyone know what address to send the co-op prelimary letter to? Hopefully one of you many pro's will be able to shed some light on my rookie issues.

Bump - anyone know this?

My DD payments go to HFC but I don't have address for either, and I know HFC run several different branded cards so I want to get the right address for the GM Card and therefore (hopefully) get the quickest response!
