  • Hi Guys

Am i totally mad or was there a list provided on this forum for the CORRECT addresses to write to when claiming back bank and credit card charges.

I have searched and can't find the link im pretty sure there was a comprehensive list . I found that you are ignored if your claim goes to the
wrong address ... delaying tactics we need to avoid !

    thanks

    :)

    Hi,

Does anyone know which address I should send my claim letter to please? The one that asks for the information on all the charges over the last 6 years.

I have tried searching for this but couldn't find it. Sorry if it has been asked already!

    Thanks
  • You can get the information by making a phone call to Customer Relations.

The official number is 08451 241362 but if you want to avoid an expensive call you could try 01977 627358. They deal with existing claims but I imagine they will transfer you to the right person if you ask.

Can anyone tell me the best address to send 1st reclaim letter to Halifax please. My friend is with a branch in Edinburgh but doesn't know whether to send to her own branch or head office? Also she is on benefits and has had 4 charges since April.

    Thank you.
