Hi Folks,
Another newbie here. I have read through the whole of thread on the Cldesdale, and I am about to send my first letter asking for breakdown of charges. My question is regarding the address for this. I understand that I should send my claim to Leeds. However, should the statement request go to customer services in Waterloo street, Glasgow?

The recommended way of applying for the DPA if I've read up right is in person at a branch the bank.My question is - can u also do this at an agent for the bank i.e at the post office for the Clydesdale Bank?

Hi, I have sent a letter to the halifax giving them a deadline of last friday and haven't heard anything from them
If i go to the court to get my money back what address should i use? the local branch or Head office, customer service etc?

I used my local Branch address for the summons.

You use the registered address for your bank, post 3 in the Reclaim Help Thread linked in my signature.

Just filling out the forms on money claim. can anbody tell me which bank address I use? Is it the branch address or the head office ?
