I need to send my second letter to Nat West. Which address do I use?

I sent my first letter (requesting statements) to my local branch but this delayed the whole process.

Today I am finally going to send my initial claim letter to HSBC. Do I address the envelope to head office or my local branch? Also would you advise sending as a recorded delivery?

I'll be taking Abbey to small claims as soon as i find this out! I'm from northern ireland, but the the address abbey have been writing back to me from is in Milton Keynes - so if i go to the small claims, do i put the local address who i first wrote to or Milton Keynes?

I'm at the stage to go to court and file papers against lloyds however the reply letters from the bank have 2 different companies under the lloyds bank group. I want to make sure I proceed against the right one. Thanks.
