I sent off my Online claim stating my local branch of Lloyds TSB as the defendant. They have not responded and 14 days is up. Have I made a boo boo by suing the local branch and should I do anything further or just apply for judgement by default? Please advise someone!

It shouldn't matter. Just apply for judgement. :D
  • Hi Ive just printed letter to reclaim bank charges do I send to local branch or head office?

It doesn't really matter, but you do seem to get quicker responses when you cut out the middle man. I'd say send it to head office. In fact, look for the address you need on this forum, as it is the address of the customer relations departement you need at this stage, you only really need the head office for a court caim.

I'm about to fill in the forms for court action. What address do I use for the bank?, the branch address or head office.
