Love the user name, yep know all about roxburghe's banning from the dvla datalink, since it was mine and others complaints that clinched it anyway you need other more recent cases that will help you, especially the upper tax tribunal case hrmc v vcs, where it was deemed that the money claimed is a penalty, so thereby not legal to claim. Also as only the landowner has the rights to bring a claim the parking companies or their agents have no legal right to issue a claim. This is only the second time I have seen them make one.
