I do have a concern that Excel may start to put things through as their other company called VCS but I have asked DVLA to confirm it.
the above is totally genuine
I also put a complaint against parking eye and euro carparks but they decided not to suspend them.0 -
Massive! Well done!Je suis Charlie.0

thats all they told me but vp were suspended for 3months for the same thing so they do for 1 so they have to do for another unless its judicial review time
i am concerned they will put everything to their parent company vcs as this would be a hollow victory so need to ensure dvla know what they could be planning0 -
Paul I shall mention this to mike tommorrow and I shall ensure nev metson contacts him to.For everthing else there's mastercard.

Perhaps it might be an idea to advise anyone who gets a letter from Roxburghe, Excel or Met for a ticket issued between Oct 16th and Jan 16th to report it to the DVLA.0

as excel and met are mainly anpr then no one will get any letters or tickets
roxborough are a debt collection company who operate and get date for many small parking operators so as a result those companies will also be stuffed0 -
Great news., this was my complaint to to the dvla

Who is responsible for paying the charge?
Legally the owner/keeper of the vehicle is responsible and it is the owner/keeper who will be pursued in any further action. If the owner/keeper indicates that another person is responsible, further enquires will be made. Ultimately.
What happens if I lose my appeal but refuse to pay? If you lose your appeal to you must pay the PCN. If you refuse, the amount of the PCN may increase and legal action may be taken to recover the amount of money due.

mike.butler@dvla.gsi.gov.ukExcel Parking, MET Parking, Combined Parking Solutions, VP Parking Solutions, ANPR PC Ltd, & Roxburghe Debt Collectors. What do they all have in common?
They are all or have been suspended from accessing the DVLA database for gross misconduct!
Do you really need to ask what kind of people run parking companies?0 -
I agree they won't initially get a ticket, but they would normally get a letter subsequently to the RK asking for payment, which for 'offences' between Oct-Jan would mean the PPC's had circumvented the DVLA ban.as excel and met are mainly anpr then no one will get any letters or tickets0 -
For those who want to see the email, here it is in all its glory
