    Excel are in Parc Tawe North Swansea, I used their signs there to complain to the DVLA , wonder if that is what got them banned. I would like to think that my complaint about roxburghe and the fact their web page is gone hastened their ban ;)

    It woiuld be intersting if Mc donalds/ who ever started to get people demanding their money back after being conned into paying for this scam that Mc Donalds ( and other establishments) allowed to take place upon their land.

    Best news all week.

    Just goes to show doesn't it that with a bit of determination of a few people what can be achieved.

    Now imagine what can be achieved if all the people who view these forums but don't participate start photographing signs and sending them off to the DVLA to complain? Even to start complaining about the tone of their letters, threatening this and that. I know the DVLA
    can't do anything about those, but, if they get enough complaints, who knows !

    The PPC "industry" would start collapsing very very soon. They will not get centuries of law overturned just to get their mucky maulers on hard earned money from decent honest people, the scum they are.

    I hope horseface and perky are reading these forums, i so hope they are.

    What would warrant a DVLA ban with respect to ppc signage?
    would "Failiure to comply with the following will result in a £60 penalty charge" count?
    From the Plain Language Commission:

    don't know mate, but send them into the dvla ;)
