Yep that is Excel, and a relative lives near there who I think could be persuaded to collect a ticket!

As for the Co-op/Greyhound Stadium at Hove, it's Euro Car Parks. Been there, done that, not got the ticket (the old ECP guy is hardly ever on site!).

Letter now sent to McDonalds CEO pointing out MET's suspension, including lots of quotes from here and PePiPoo from McDonalds customers who have been victimised by MET, pointing out the ruling in Parking Eye vs. Somerfield about the tortious nature of empty threats of legal action, and inviting McD to consider to what extent it might be vicariously liable for tortious acts on the part of its agents.

The only thing about McDonalds and all these type of places is that they are mostly franchises run as businesses separate from the main company. I don't know how effective this will be to be honest, but its still worth giving them a headache over it I guess.

I quote from MET's "Testimonials" web page:

Sounds like a corporate-level arrangement to me! I cannot believe that McD will be anything but furious that MET have allowed this to happen.

The poster on PPP says that there are companies with similar names. So I'm not so sure that the above company is one of Mr. Whitehouse's.

The one that has been banned is:-
